Care Instructions / Recommendations 

Tay's Thrift features an array of up cycled and/or secondhand items. Here are some of our tips and guidelines to maintaining your pre-loved pieces.

-We advise that accessories (glasses, jewelry, purses) be stored with care. For retaining shape in vintage purses, we suggest stuffing paper inside to mimic its shape. Using a dust bag is also recommended with storage. 

-Items that feel a little too delicate for your handling  (lace, silk, satin, mesh, embroidery), we recommend hand washing with Castile soap or dry cleaning.

Shipping / Processing

Once your order is purchased expect a 1-10 day range to process and ship and 1-18 days for your item to be delivered depending on its on destination.

We will not be responsible for shipment delays due to weather or other natural or environmental factors. Products will be shipped out at the specified time frame claimed.

All address errors must be reported 24 hours after purchase.

Refund / Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, Tay's Thrift will not be accepting exchanges or refunds at this time.

It will be our costumers sole responsibility for any products that are damaged, to contact our support team after 3 days of purchase.
